MAGEE--In Akron, November 28, 1897, of typho-malaria. Robert Magee, aged twenty-eight years and twenty-three days.
Robert Magee was born in Sioux City, Iowa, Nov. 5, 1869. He had lived in or near Akron for about six years. He was married on the 4th day of July, 1891, and leaves a wife and two children, one a girl of two and one-half years and the other a little son of fourteen months his father, six sisters and one brother to mourn his departure.
Mr. Magee was first taken with malarial fever, and seemed to be on the road to recovery, but a relapse followed, which turned into typho-malaira, and he sank rapidly, finally succumbing to the disease after a sickness of only three weeks.
The funeral services were held at the M. E. church and the remains interred in the Akron cemetery.
