Howard Aab, 91, passed away on April 10, 2020 in Perry, FL at his daughters home surrounded by family. Howard was born June 29, 1928 in Windsor, Colorado to William Aab and Katherine Litchenwalt Aab.

Howard honorably served our country in the United States Navy during WWII and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean war, retiring after 20 years of service to his country. Mr. Aab was of the Lutheran faith and was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church of Colorado Springs. Howard was the Plumbing Inspector for the City of Colorado Springs for many years. In his spare time Howard enjoyed golfing, bowling, and traveling. His passionate hobby was model trains and building their cities, paying attention to every little detail.

Howard was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Aab, his daughter Barbara Paulsen, his parents, two brothers and two sisters.

Mr. Aab is survived by his daughter Linda (Lee) Ellison; his brother Wilbur Aab; 4 granddaughters, Brandy, Amber, Robin, and Sherry and grandson Dustin; 10 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Mr. Aab will be interred in Colorado Springs, Colorado, next to his wife of 55 years, with full military honors. Joe P. Burns Funeral home of Perry is in charge of all local arrangements.
