The Death Records of the Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church, Book 3, 3-1, states that Abraham was killed in a mining accident.
Creede Candle, June 22, 1912: Before a coroner's jury . . . Deputy Roy I Fisher . . . held an inquiry into the cause of Death of J. L. Anderson and Abraham Alldred, Tuesday afternoon. Mine Foreman, Horace Wheeler, . . .told of seeing the men alive shortly after 9 a.m., Monday on the sixth level of the Chance Mine.
After some deliberations, the (Coroner's) Jury returned the following verdict: "That both men came to their death . . . through the parting of the cable used in hoisting and lowering of the skip used for ore and waste,"
A James Alldred was appointed as the Administrator of Abraham's estate and as such published an "Adminstrator's Notice" in the Creede Candle, July 20, 1912 . I found both an Abraham and James Alldred in Idaho, having apparently entered the U. S. through Canada. It would appear that they may have been British, if these are indeed the same people. pwc
Note: A later newspaper article states that Mr. Alldred was shipped back to England for burial, but since he died in Creede, I have left his memorial page here.
