Alice C. Abbott, 95, the daughter of the late Thomas L. and Carrie Bell Tracer Allstun, was born in Dexter, Missouri on February 20, 1911, and passed away January 11, 2007 in Dexter, Missouri.
Mrs. Abbott was raised in Dexter and moved to Detroit, Michigan, and returned to Dexter in 1974. She had worked at the Ford Motor Company in Michigan and was a member of the Church of Christ.
On May 14, 1948, she was married to Howard Lincoln Abbott in Detroit, Michigan. He preceded her in death on June 26, 1976.
Surviving are two sons, Harold D. Smith, Billy J. Smith; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two brothers, Lorn and Walter Allstun; and sister, Ruth Larson.
Interment Saturday, February 3, 2007, in the Dexter Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri.
