DIES FROM BURNS.
(Special to The Daily Gazette.)
JOLIET, May 13.--After lying in agony for two weeks as the result of burns received in a sheep wagon fire on Belian creek, Gustave Lgaard, a Norwegian sheep herder, died late Saturday night at the county hospital here. The young man was born in Edgersund, Norway, May 18, 1895, and had been in this country but a short time. Short services were conducted at the grave in Joliet cemetery Tuesday after noon by Rev. Mr. Cline of the Christian church, a brother of the deceased being the only near relative present.
