Brother of Lewis Aaron. In December of 1927, Andy was filling in at the Sterlington ferry for his ill brother. It is thought that while taking a passenger across the river, the motor of the boat became entangled in a rope, flipping the occupants into the river. Neither could swim. Andy's body, after being recovered, was buried in Parks cemetery, but his grave is unmarked. Andy was 26 years old. See the News-Star, December 24, 1927, page 1 for more details.
