Wife of Frank H. Peck. It appears that when Henry's wife, Amanda Howard, died he left the children at the church (not being able to care for them and work).
He later was able to get Addison & Sarah from their foster parents but was unable to get Emma. He then returned to Connecticut (his birth town) with Addison & Sarah. Addison married & had seven children, Sarah had one child.
