Mr. Alvin Adams,age 49 of Hwy 191,West Liberty, Kentucky passed away Friday May 11, 2007 at the U.K.Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
He was born March 22, 1958 in Morgan County, Kentucky;He was preceded in death by his father Henry Adams and his niece Melissa Davis.
He was a construction worker and was employeed with the L.J.Construction Co. in North Carolina.
Alvin was type of person who knew no strangers, he was always willing to help anyone whether he knew you or not. He loved his family and would talk about Alex all the time.He was serious about his work and always did a good job. Alvin loved to fox hunt and the best there ever was; We knew this was true because he would always tell you so.
He is survived by his Mother; Pearl Blevins Adams of West Liberty, Kentucky; 1 Son; Matthew Alex Adams of West Liberty, Kentucky; Brother; Wayen & Rhonda Adams of West Liberty, Kentucky; Sister; Linda Elam of West Liberty, Kentucky; Niece; Kristy Davis;Nephew; Dwayne Adams; Great Niece; Kendra Davis and Great Nephew; Blaze Wilder.
Funeral Service will be conducted at Sunday 2:00 p.m., May 13, 2007 at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Chapel with Rev. Mike Frisby Officiating. Burial will follow with Interment at the Oliver Haney Cemetery in Stacy Fork, Kentucky. Visitation will begin after 7:00 p.m. Saturday evening at Herald & Stewart & Halsey Funeral Home in West Liberty, Kentucky.
