Services for Robert O. Allen Sr., of Willow, were held at St. Mary's Episcopal Church with Father Charles Eddy officiating. Mr. Allen, 62, died Dec. 20 at his residence in Willow.
He was born Aug. 6, 1924 in Glendale, Calif. He retired in 1974 after 17 years at the Municipality of Anchorage water utilities department and moved to Willow three months ago. He leaves his wife, Kitty, of Willow; two sons, Robert Jr. and Clinton; and one daughter, Lori LaFrance, all of Anchorage; two sisters, Florence Holmes of Fairbanks and Carroll Munson of Wenatchee, Wash.; and his father, Perle Allen of Wenatchee. Burial was at the Fort Richardson National Cemetery.
