The Adams family, who live about eight miles north west of town, have the sympathy of the community in the loss of their six months old baby, Flora. The baby and an older daughter were both ill, and Dr. Carter was called but the little one was dead when he reached there. The older daughter is suffering from pneumonia, but is improving under treatment.
