A native of Rayville [sic Winnsboro], Mr. Milby was a member of the Angleton, Tex., Masonic Lodge No. 829.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Ruth Milby of Dickenson [sic Dickinson], Tex.; one son, Gary Milby of Houston, Tex.; two brothers, Robert Milby of Winnsboro and Toliver Milby of Rayville; six sisters, Mrs. W. M. Temple, Mrs. D. C. Abrams and Mrs. C. L. McVay, all of Rayville, Mrs. C. F. Ashley of Delhi, Mrs. Ollie Mae Causey of Bossier City, and Mrs. J. R. Cockerham of Winnsboro; and two grandchildren.
Masons were to serve as pallbearers.
