THE accidental death of Mrs. Acer Campbell, a wealthy widow of Sutherland, occurred at that place Tuesday evening. She was alone at the home of Geo. Colcord, and it is thought she stumbled over something in the room and fell in such a manner as to dislocate her neck.

Gravesite Details

Not 100% sure that Wheeler is her maiden name but I can find a record of a Henrietta Acer marrying a Daniel Cambell in Primghar and it lists her parents as Henry & Anna Wheeler on the marriage certificate. The note in the paper seems to confirm this
