Ahmad Abdollahi, 77, of Stillwater, died on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2009, in Stillwater. Bahai funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday in Strode Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Strode Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born on Aug. 23, 1931, in Tehran, Iran, to Ali Abdollahi and Toba Abdollahi. He married Houriyeh Morafah on April 20, 1955, in Tehran, Iran. He was preceded in death by his parents; 1 sister; and one grandson, Mateen Badiyan. He is survived by his wife, Houriyeh Abdollahi of Stillwater; two daughters, Lili Badiyan and her husband, Mehran, of Stillwater and Fariba McCarron and her husband, Neil, of Poughkeepsie, N.Y.; three grandchildren, Mae Badiyan of Chicago, Ill., Megan McCarron of New York and Brendan McCarron of New York; and two sisters.Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Mateen Badiyan Foundation by visiting www.mateenbadiyan.org.
