This is My Dad`s mother - the wife of Milton M. Ray. She was an only child. Two children - Patricia Miller Ray Goff And Richard Miller Ray. She retired in 1956 from her bookkeeping and secretary job. She also was a life time P.T.A. member and was a devoted member of Westfield Presbyterian Church. One of her hobbies was doing crossword puzzles; she especially enjoyed doing the most difficult ones. Her early passing was a great loss to our family.

Estella I. Ray
Mrs. Estella I. Ray, 69, of 3429 Taylor St. died at 1:53 p.m. yesterday in Lutheran Hospital.
Mrs. Ray was a lifelong resident of Allen County and was a bookkeeper and secretary for 20 years with V.M. Nussbaum & Co. before retiring in 1956. She was a life member and past president of PTA and had served on councils of various schools. She was also a member of Westfield Presbyterian Church and General Cultural Club.
Surviving are her husband, Milton M.; a daughter, Mrs. Patricia Goff, both of Fort Wayne; and ten grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Chalfant-Perry-Klaehn Funeral Home where friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
