Huger --- Mrs. Belle Raybourne Gaskins, widow of G. Edward Gaskins, died Tuesday at a Charleston hospital. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Dial Funeral Home.
Mrs. Gaskins was born in Berkeley County, June 26, 1898, a daughter of the late Daniel Raybourne and Mrs. Annie Mitchum Raybourne. She was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.
Surviving are five sons, Leonard Gaskins, Hazel Gaskins, Edson Gaskins, Ollie Gaskins and Rudolph Gaskins, all of Huger; a daughter, Mrs. Billy Ackerman of Shulerville; two sisters, Mrs. Lula Gaskins and Mrs. Anna Gaskins, both of Shulerville; 39 grandchildren and 51 great-grandchildren.
