Bradley A. Abbott, age 50, of Demotte, passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2009.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon (nee Hall); four sons: Nick, Ben, David and Kevin Abbott all of Demotte; one stepson, Sonny (Sherry) Beckler of FL; mother, Verna Abbott of Wheatfield, IN; three brothers: Curt (Sheila) Abbott of Schererville, Jeff Abbott of Wheatfield and Tim (Debbie) Abbott of Crown Point; and one sister, Becky (Paul) Trumpus of Hebron.
Preceded in death by his father, Nick Abbott; and stepson, Robert Beckler.
Funeral services will be held Monday, July 13, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at the Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman Road (two blocks south of Ridge Road), Highland, IN with Pastor Frank McClure officiating. Burial Hanna Cemetery in Hanna, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Sunday from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at the Kuiper Funeral Home. Mr. Abbott attended the Emmanuel Baptist Church of Hebron. He was an employed bricklayer at Local #4, Chapter 6 of Merrillville and was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.
