MARCELINE G. ROWLAND, 69, of Colorado Springs, died July 20, 1993, at a local hospital. She was a seamstress.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday at Swan Law Funeral Home, 501 N. Cascade Ave. A rosary will be said at 6 p.m. Friday at Swan Law Chapel. The funeral will be at 9 a.m. Saturday at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 2318 N. Cascade Ave. with the Rev. Gerald Bruggeman officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, 3825 Airport Road.
Mrs. Rowland was born Sept. 22, 1923, in Grainfield, Kan. to Levi and Margarette Ribordy.
She had lived in the area since 1951 and was a member of Elks Lodge 309, TREA, the Moose Lodge, and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4051.
She was married July 4, 1942, in Ft. Warren, Wyo. to William Rowland, who survives.
She is also survived by two daughters, Georgenia M. Coln of Colorado Springs and Diane A. Plymell of Pueblo; six grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
