After being confined to his bed for only a short time with acute Bright’s disease, Alex Abbott quietly passed away Thursday. While his death was not unexpected, yet it was a surprise to his friends and loved ones as he was thought to be much better. He was buried at the Lexington cemetery last Saturday.
