Mrs. S. A. AARON passed away Friday, August 11th, at their farm house near Floris . Funeral services were conducted Monday and interment made in the Forgan cemetery.
Mrs. AARON had been a sufferer for years, having suffered an attack of typhoid fever about six years ago from which she never recovered and which left her crippled in the lower limbs. For months she was unable to move about at all but later recovered sufficiently as to be able to walk about with the use of crutches and her general health was improved. However of recent years she had been a constant sufferer and her condition continued to grow worse until finally death came as a sweet messenger of rest and took her home.
She was a woman in the truest sense of the word - a faithful wife, a devoted mother and a sincere friend. Her memory will be cherished in the hearts of those of the family circle for her self-sacrificing devotion to her family and the many deeds of love and kindness with which her life was ever filled. Even in the long years of her affliction, her thoughts were for those about her rather than for herself and throughout the long days of pain she retained her sweet, gentle manner and bore her sufferings with fortitude. She endeared herself to all with whom she came in contact and when she passed away she left aught but friends who will long cherish her memory.
A husband, one daughter and two sons together with other relatives and friends mourn her departure. The Herald extends sincere sympathy to the family and joins with all who knew the deceased in expressing regret at her departure.
