DEATHS

BAIRD. - Near Columbus, Ia., of measles, Miss Ella M. Baird, on March 18, 1887, aged 27 years; Miss Emma C. Baird on March 29, 1887, aged 19 years, and March 31, 1887, Miss Lina Baird, on her 23rd birthday.

These three intelligent and amiable young ladies were daughters of John and Mary Baird, and faithful members of the United Presbyterian church of Columbus City, IA. Each one in turn gave very satisfactory evidence that their peace had been made with God, and this fact proved great consolation to the family in their three-fold affliction.
