illness.
Funeral and interment was held Tuesday afternoon with services being conducted
by Rev. M.W. Maness, Manteo Methodist minister, and Rev. L.T. Edens, pastor of
the Stumpy Point Methodist Church. She was a life long church memeber.
She was the daughter of the late Davis Gray of Dare County. Her surviving
children are three sons: Joe S., R. Dewey and Leslie H. of Stumpy Point; and one
daughter, Mrs. Zion Mason of Norfolk, Va.
