Nellie Charnetzki, 65, rural Donnybrook died Thursday, March 29th in a Minot hospital. Her funeral was held Monday, April 2, 1990 at 11 a.m. in Nazareth Lutheran Church, Kenmare, with burial in St. Luke's Cemetery, Coulee.

She was born December 24, 1924, in Palermo, to Harold and Asthri Ostdahl. She attended schools in the Palermo area. She married Claudi Charnetzki October 31, 1942, in Stanley. They lived and farmed west of Donnybrook.

She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church and its womens organization in Coulee.

Survivors include her husband; sons, Ernest, Donnybrook, Harold, Kenmare; daughters, Claudette Nelson, Minot, JoAnn Nelson, Hobbs, NM, Beverly Mason, Layton, UT; 19 grandchildren one great-grandchild; brothers, Clarence, Waterloo, IA, Alvin, Stanley, Laurence and Leonard, both Minot; sisters, Ruth Rudolph and Verna Vaage, both Stanley,
Mildred Van Hoff Grand Forks, Vivian Grinolds, Craig CO, Avis Ostdahl, Helena, MT.
