Joan Stofflet, 70, of Cheyenne died Aug. 3 at Life Care Center.
She was born Oct. 26, 1931, in Golden, Colo., and was raised and educated in Denver.
She married Llewellyn L. "Red" Stofflet on Nov. 26, 1960, in Wheatland.
She moved to Cheyenne in June 1997 to be near her children.
She was a member of Banner Rebekah Lodge.
She is survived by her children, all of Cheyenne; two sisters, a brother, 11 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, L.L. "Red" Stofflet on April 1, 1995; and a sister, Barbar Eckenrode.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Platte Funeral Chapel in Wheatland with Minister Dan Barcus officiating. Interment will be in the Wheatland Cemetery.
Visitation is from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Platte Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Rob Bullock, Paul Bullock, Randy Haynes, Brent Peterson, Urie Buhl and Frank Stofflet.
