BRENAMAN
Easter Brenaman, daughter of Joseph and Mary Elizabeth Clare Miller, was born April 6, 1890 in Lucas County and passed away Oct. 26, 1978 in Chariton at the age of 88 years, six months and 20 days.
On May 13, 1908, Easter was united in marriage to Frank Brenaman in Lucas County. Four children blessed this union. Frank and Easter lived their lived in Lucas County and for a short time in Taylor County. Easter was a long time member of the Christian Church in Chariton and always a devoted mother and wife.
She was preceded in death by her husband, mother and father and two grandchildren.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Willa Davidson of Chariton, Mrs. Wanda Miller of St. Charles, Mo., and Mrs. Juanita McSparin of Moline, Ill., one son, Merlon of Chariton; one sister, Cynthia Abrahamson of Chariton; one brother, Jerry Miller of Williamson; ten grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was loved and will be missed by many.
Services were held at the Christian Church Disciples of Christ at Chariton Saturday, Oct. 28, at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Dan Haggard conducting. Arrangements were made by the Mosher Funeral Home in Chariton and burial was in the Chariton Cemetery.
