Mary Frances England, 72, of Patterson Road died at 7:20 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2003, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Mrs. England was a homemaker and a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Barkes, Inlow & Weaver Funeral Home on Washington Street with the Revs. Danny Coomer and John Thompson officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until service time Friday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Born in Glasgow, Ky., June 1, 1930, Mrs. England was the daughter of George Edgar and Nettie Mae Bowles Stephenson. She married William A. England June 26, 1948.
Survivors include her husband; sons, Billy W. and Terry A. England, both of Columbus, and Jerry L. England of Owensboro, Ky.; brothers, James Stephenson of Horse Cave, Ky., and Robert L. and Charles Stephenson, both of Glasgow; sisters, Lillian Burris and Beatrice Neal, both of Glasgow, and Barbara Ward of Cave City; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter.

Burial was at Garland Brook Cemetery. Pallbearers were David Gregory, Albert Caluya, Randy Cowan, Carlton and Darrell England and J.B. Wilson.
