She moved to Port Heiden with her husband where he built her dream home. They raised three beautiful children together. Lynn spent much of her time in Port Heiden involved with the tribal government and local politics. She loved reading, telling stories and a good debate. She loved spending time with her family more than anything. Her loved ones will remember her beautiful smile and kind personality. She really lit up the room wherever she went. She will be missed immensely.
Lynn was preceded in death by her father, William Evanoff; and sister Cherie Matson. She is survived by her mother Louise Barth; stepfather Michael Barth; brother Lloyd Evanoff and wife Helen, brother Al Evanoff and wife Suzanne; uncle Bill Barber and wife Patricia; husband of 32 years Jens Carlson; daughter Tianna and fiance Warren O'Domin; daughter Chelsea, son Jens Jacob (Jake); granddaughter Peyton; and many nieces and nephews.
Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday July 12th at the Evergreen Memorial Chapel 737 E St, Anchorage Alaska. Following the service, Lynn will be laid to rest in Port Heiden. Published in adn.com from July 12 to July 13, 2011
