S. E Aalborg Dies Sunday
Sargent Elvis Aalborg, 67, of Estherville died at 2:45 p.m. Sunday, March 5, 1972, at Holy Family Hospital from heart failure.

He was born June 16, 1904, at Estherville, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Aalborg. He attended Estherville schools and lived in this area all his life. He was baptized in the Methodist church.

Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Tillie Aalborg, Estherville; one step-son, James Merrifield, Des Moines; four grandchildren; a brother, LeRoy Aalborg, Aurora, Neb.; three sisters, Eloise and Mrs. O. V. (Alta May) Smith, Estherville; Mrs. L.M. (Vera) Austin, Spencer.

He was preceded in death by his father and one brother.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the United Methodist church, the Rev. Richard Pearson officiating. Burial will be in the East Side cemetery.
