Ellen Hebert Abadie, a retired accounts manager for St. Tammany Parish Hospital, died Wednesday at the hospital. She was 83. Mrs. Abadie was born in Bogalusa and was a lifelong resident of Covington. Survivors include a son, Richard L. Abadie Sr.; a daughter, Reneè D. Abadie; a brother, Wayne G. Hebert; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. A funeral will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at E.J.
