Orian Abbe Dies
Orlan Abbe, retired farmer, died Saturday; afternoon at his home, 312 South street. He was 72 years old.
Mr. Abbe was born in Russell county. Kansas, and farmed there until coming to Allen county. He operated farms here for a number of years before retiring.
He leaves three sons, Clarence, Moran, Howard San Francisco California, and Paul who is with the armed forces; eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrrow at the Waugh Funeral home. The Rev. F.D. Clopine will be in charge. Burial will be at the Iola cemetery.

CORRECTION
Orian Abbe, whose death was reported yesterday, died at the county farm and not at 312 South street as stated. Mr. Abbe had lived at the home of Mrs. Harold Frink, 312 South street, until moving to the county farm a month ago.
