Miriam I. Dewees, 96, of, Mulberry, IN, died at 5:35 AM Monday December 19, 2011 at Mulberry Health and Retirement Community.

She was born August 18, 1915, in Cambria, IN, to the late Edward and Myrtle Siegfried Krammes.

Miriam attended Mulberry high school. In July 25, 1953 she married Harold R. Dewees in Lafayette and he passed away on December 2,1995. Miriam was a 50 year member of the Order of Eastern Star

Jefferson Chapter #592. She enjoyed gardening and her cats, and time spent with her family and friends.

Surviving are is a sister- Julia "Judy" Garrison- Lafayette

Sister in Laws- Anna Mae Krammes, Edith Krammes both of Mulberry, In.

Several Nieces And Nephews.

Visitation will be at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens in the Chapel from 10:30am to 11am Wednesday.

Funeral Service at 11am Wednesday in Tippecanoe Memory Gardens Chapel. Officiating Rev. Dr. Clayton Kendall.

Preceded in death by 5 brothers- David, Paul, Max, James, Bill and one sister- Betty Abbe.
