ACTLIS, Rev. Willie LCAP 8/2/1998 ELTON --

Funeral services for the Rev.Willie "Tiny" Actlis, 43, will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 3, in Holiness Unto the Lord Church. Bishop Joseph Thomas will officiate. Burial will be in St.Joseph Cemetery in Chatagnier under the direction of Fondel Memorial Chapel. A wake will be at 5 p.m. today in the church.

Rev. Actlis died at 4:08 p.m. Wednesday, July 29, 1998, in the Mamou hospital. A native of Chatagnier, he lived most of his life in Elton. He was a member of Holiness Unto the Lord Church, where he served as assistant pastor, youth pastor and Bible study conductor. He was also the church treasurer, secretary of the district association and a member of the Spiritual Seven group.

Survivors include his wife, Mary A. Douglas Actlis of Elton; four daughters, Melissa, Rosanna,Roxanna and Bridget Actlis, all of Elton; one son, Phillip Actlis of Hampton,Va.; one brother, Larry Landsy Anderson of Elton; one sister, Genetha Pelican of Elton; and one grandchild.
