Mildred Agnes Absher, wife of Dr. W. Kemp Absher, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 29, 2012. Mildred was born in Lander, Wyo., on Nov. 4, 1914, and was raised there. She is survived by her son in Alaska, Kip Absher, and wife, Jo Carole; her daughter in Aurora, Elsie Stone, and husband, Bill. Also her grandchildren, Kirsten, and husband, Carl; Damon; Loren and wife, Martha; Pam Turner, and husband, Grady; Tim, and wife, Alethea; and her new great grandchild, Eliza Clare; and her Siamese cat, Ming. Mildred loved Pueblo and was active in the community for almost 60 years. She will be missed by all of her friends and family.
