It appears that grave marker inscription and Social Security data are likely in error regarding date of birth -- see below.

Per Social Security Death Index: Zida LOKEY, born 04 FEB 1898, died JAN 1970, SS# 259-66-1347, issued in Georgia in 1960, last residence ZIP code 31740 (Cuthbert, Randolph County, Georgia), no death benefits ZIP code reported.
