She was born on Oct. 28, 1866, in Spere, Sweden. In 1891 she was married to John Strang in Sweden, and they came to the United Statesin 1904, settling near Cohasset, Minn. They came to Minot in 1954, and Mr. Strang died in 1959.
Survivors are three sons, Ole of Cohasset, Andrew of Detroit, Mich., and Paul of Las Vegas, Nev.; four daughters, Mrs. Anna Adams of Cohasset, Mrs. Haugen, Mrs. Effie Rono of Detroit, and Mrs. Frances Freeman, of San Francisco, Calif.; 18 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren. Two sisters sisters preceded her in death.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Thompson-Larson funeral chapel. Rev. J.P. Dragseth will officiate. Burial is to be in the family plot of Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call at the funeral chapel after noon on Friday."
