Both Preston and Jurenia died of TB, leaving Callie and Lulu. They lived first with Albert Mangum in Louisiana. Callie later lived with our Family. Callie died early of Sugar Diabetes, had one son who died young. Lulu worked first at Whitfield, later moved to Bolivar, TN, where she worked in a state hospital until her marriage. She had two daughters who were raised in an orphanage. One lives in Memphis, TN, the other in Modesto, CA. Ann and I recently visited the one in Modesto.
