Mr. Leon Truman Clark, son of the late Mr. James H. Clark and Mrs. Mary Darnell Clark, was born October 15, 1908, in Green County and departed this life on Thursday, February 4, 1999, at the Jane Todd Crawford Memorial Hospital in Greensburg. He was 90 years, three months and 20 days of age.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ. He was a veteran of World War II, where he served in the United States Army. He also worked as a Post Engineer in Fort Knox for 19 years.

He united in marriage to Miss Annie Susan Rayburn on December 23, 1933, who preceded him in death on March 8, 1989. He is survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The funeral services for Mr. Leon Truman Clark were conducted Saturday, February 6, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Rev. Jim Curry officiated. Pallbearers were Darryl Rayburn, Wallace Curry, Mike Mitchell, Phillip Mitchell, Bill Willlngs, Tony Curry and C.W. Mitchell.
