A member of the First United Methodist Church of Fulton, Miss Adams was a retired Air Force captain who served in the Army Air Corps during World War II in England and Germany and was commissioned in the Air Force Reserves. She was activated in 1952 and served during the Korean conflict.
She attended Bowling Green State Teacher's College and joined WAC in 1943.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William C. Adams and Serrilla Adams; a brother, Breler Adams and a sister, Norma Inman.
Survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Paul Wright of Fulton and Ruth Adams of Dresden, Tenn.; two brothers, Kale Adams, New Orleans, La., and Bob Adams, Denton, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Clinton with the Rev. Ora Bell Peck officiating. Burial will be in the Clinton Cemetery.
