Marshall - Almeria Wallin Adams, 90, of Marshall, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 4, 2010.
Almarie was born June 8, 1920 in Madison County where she had lived all of her life. She was a member of Union Valley Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Reuben and Carrie Rice Wallin and a great niece, Michelle Norton.
Surviving is her husband of 62 years, Ward Adams; brothers and sisters, Virginia W. Norton, Richmond Wallin, Edison Wallin and wife, Pansy and Wendell Wallin and wife, Ruth; nieces and nephews, Harvey Norton and wife, Juanita, Rita Faye Norton, Donna Spitzer and husband, Ron, Sandra Ford and husband, Ricky, Steven Wallin and wife, Patricia and special niece, Lora Mae Norton; great niece and nephews, Charlene Davis and husband, Charley, Tim Norton and Jeremy and McKenzi Wallin; and great great nephew and niece, Max and Jenni Marie Davis.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, September 7, 2010 in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Home with the Revs. Jimmy Dean Hensley and Neal Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Wallin Family Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, September 6, 2010 at the funeral home.
