Odell Acree, age 44, son of Mr. J.A. Acree & Mrs. Mae Estes Acree of Route 5, Greensburg, KY, was born April 9, 1925 in Green Co. and departed this life Monday, November 3, 1969 at a hospital in Victor, NY. Mr. Acree had made his home in Victor for a number of years. Other survivors are: his wife, the former Margaret Smith of Campbellsville; 2 sons: Allan Acree and Richard Acree, both of Victor, NY; 1 daughter, Ann Acree, Victor, NY; 1 brother: Cosby Acree, Louisville; 5 sisters: Mrs. Jean Simpson, Canmer; Mrs. Letha DeWitt and Mrs. Doris Patterson, both of Greensburg; Mrs. Sarah Brockman, Lebanon and Mrs. Martha Jane Maness, Louisville. The remains will be in the chapel of the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home after 8 p.m. Thursday, November 6, 1969. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.
