Ardell Adams, age 58, suddenly Sat. afternoon, Jan. 28, 1967 at a local hospital. Survived by wife. Mrs. Dollie Kelley Adams, one daughter, Miss Peggy Ann Adams, three sons, Billy Joe Adams, Edward Lee, and Robert Dale Adams, all of Lebanon, six sisters, Mrs. Artie Bennett, Mrs. Wilbird Bradley, both of Detroit, Mich., Mrs. Mary Alice Fletcher, Lancaster, Tenn., Mrs. Bonnie Jones, McMinnville, Mrs. Opal Jackson, Cookeville, Miss Claudia Adams, Chicago, Ill., one brother, James Adams, Detroit, half brother, Sidney Adams, Silver Point, Tenn., six grandchildren. Remains are at Nave's East Side Chapel and will be transferred to the Bass Funeral Home 3 p.m. Monday where funeral services will be held, 2 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. Conducted by Rev. Tommy Mosley and Rev. Jack Custer. Pallbearers to be announced later. Interment, Gordonsville Cemetery, Nave's East Side Chapel, Lebanon.
