He is survived by: his wife, Cathy West; one son, Cody West (Keysha); and two grandchildren, Dale West and Sierra West; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: five brothers, Walter, William, Harry, Henry and Richard Lee West; and eight sisters, Helen Maxine West, Helen Pauline Bell, Ruby Elizabeth Denney, Maudie Christian, Anna Mae Abbott, Etta Frye, Margaret Kidd and Carrie Bates.
A memorial service is being scheduled and information will be provided later.
