Reino O. Aalto ,61, a resident Quincy St, Florida Location passed away October 7, 1993 at the Calumet Public Hospital following a lengthy illness. He was born on March 27, 1932 in Laurium a son of the late John and Anna Aalto and was a graduate of Calumet High School with the class of 1950. He lived all of his life in Laurium and Florida Location except for a short time when he lived in Lead, South Dakota with his parents as a child. He was employed as a carpenter for Hamar Quandt Lumber Company in Laurium for 9 years and then for Gunlach Inc. for the past 29 years. He was a veteran with the U.S. Army having served during the Korean Conflict. On July 24, 1954 he was united in marriage to the former Elaine Fountaine in Bootjack. He was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church of Calumet, United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America Local #1227, Keweenaw Sportsman Club, VFW post#3900 of Calumet and Laurium. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother John.
