Acaldo Funeral Rights Set for St. Gabriel
Funeral services will take place today for Mrs. Mary Acaldo, 72, of Sunshine, who died yesterday at 2:45 a. m. at Our Lady of the Lake sanitarium.
Rites will be held at 9 a. m. from Welsh funeral home to the St. Gabriel Catholic church for religious services at 10 a. m. Burial will be in the St. Gabriel cemetery. The Rev. Kleinpeter is to be the officiant.
Surviving are three sons, Joe of Sunshine, Chris of Baton Rouge and Vernon of Gonzales; five daughters, Mrs. Jules LeBlanc and Mrs. Basil Carreca of Sunshine, Mrs. Clarence Scott of Baker, Mrs. Sam Spedale of Sunshine and Mrs. Andrew Blanco of Baton Rouge; one brother, Fred Hebert of Plaquemine; one sister, Mrs. Victor Tranchina of Bayou Goula; 52 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
