Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m. today in the Mt. Zion Cemetery near Montgomery with the Rev. J. C. Rousseaux officiating. Burial is under the direction of Hixson Bros. Funeral Home of Winnfield.
Survivors include five sons, Paul B. [sic D.] Chelette, Herbert F. Chelette and Thomas A. Chelette, all of Montgomery, and Columbus A. Chelette and Ray G. Chelette, both of Houma; four daughters, Mrs. Audrey Dubois and Mrs. Thelma Fredricks, both of Montgomery, Mrs. Margie Dubois of Alexandria and Mrs. Betty Racine of Houma; two sisters, Mrs. Della Jowers of Alexandria and Mrs. Leola Aaron of Krotz Springs; two brothers, Ralph Pender of Bossier City and Frank Pender of Natchitoches; 42 grandchildren; and 76 great-grandchildren.
