Mary Lou Hall Fergerson was born Tuesday, September 8, 1885 in Lawrence County, Alabama, to Sidney R. Hall and Nancy Emiline Borden Hall. ~ She married John Burdell Fergerson, a son of James W. "Jim" Fergerson and Mary Fannie Landers Fergerson. ~ Mrs. Mary Ferguson

TRINITY — Mrs. Mary Lou Ferguson, 76, Trinity 1, died Thursday at 11 a.m.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. from Johnson Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Jack Blue and Rev. Everett Richardson conducting. Burial will be in the Johnson Chapel Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband, J. B. Ferguson, Trinity 1; four sons, Richard Ferguson, Town Creek; Grover and Fennell Ferguson, Trinity 1; Hal Ferguson, Decatur; five daughters, Mrs. Reverita Smith, Moulton 2; Mrs. C. O. Abbett, Town Creek; Mrs. Elmer Parker, Decatur; Mrs. Billy Letson, Danville 3; Mrs. Jack Clark, Russellville; 17 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren; five brothers, Homer and Sid Hall, Fitzgerald, Ga.; Elmer and Price Hall, Decatur; Jack Hall, Moulton; two sisters, Mrs. Peral Christian, Town Creek; and Mrs. Lonnie Kimbrell, Phil Campbell.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

She is a native of Lawrence County, member of the Bellview Baptist Church.

The body is at the resident of Fennell Ferguson, Trinity 1.
