OBITUARY
ABBOTT, Ira E. - 53, of Route 2, Kingston, TN, died at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Rockwood Hospital following a long illness. He was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church. Survivors: wife, Mrs. Betty Abbott; four daughters, Mrs. Judy Westmoreland, Kingston, Mrs. Jane Cofer, Huntsville Ala., Miss Joan Abbott and Miss Foniah Abbott, both at home; mother, Mrs. J. W. Abbott, Kingston; sister, Mrs. Geneva Jenkins, Kingston; brothers, Esco and S.L. Abbott, both of Kingston. The body is at the family residence. Funeral at 2 p.m. Friday, Cedar Grove Baptist Church, Rev. Jim Austin, Rev. Ernest Hedgecock officiating. Burial, church cemetery, Kyker's Kingston in charge.
