Mrs. Vera Sullivan, 90, of Limestone Nursing Home, died Thursday at the nursing home.
The funeral was to be today at 2:30 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home chapel with Tonis Davis officiating. Burial was to be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Survivors include two stepsons, Buford Sullivan of Athens and Robert Sullivan of Tennessee; two sisters, Mrs. Julia Collins and Mrs. Mammie Claxton, both of Athens; two brothers, Herbert Abernathy and Henry Abernathy, both of Athens; five grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
1st husband, Edward F. Claxton (1888-1913). Married 1908.
