MADISON/ESCANABA, MICH. - Mary Grace Peters, age 93, a resident of Madison and former resident of Escanaba, Mich., died Friday, April 6, 2007, at Hospice Care Inc. in Madison. Grace Peters is survived by daughter; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and brother, James Matthews Abernathy of Columbia, Tenn. Friends may call from noon - 1 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2007, at the FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH OF ESCANABA. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Mary Laub, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at Gardens of Rest Cemetery.
