A funeral for Ruth McQueary Aaron of Sheridan will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in First Christian Church, Sheridan.
Vault interment will be in Green Crest Memorial Park, Sheridan.
Mrs. Aaron died Sept. 10, 1998, in Sheridan. She was 85.
She was born Oct. 14, 1912, in Russell Springs, Kent.
She and George Howard Aaron were married Feb. 20, 1930, in Russell Springs.
She moved to Sheridan in 1938. A lifelong homemaker, she loved reading, flowers, music and parenting.
Mrs. Aaron enjoyed going fishing with her husband. She belonged to First Christian Church, Sheridan. Survivors include two sons, John Aaron of Heppner and Jim Aaron of Aloha; four daughters, Jewell Miller of Hebo, Kathleen Bramlich of Rickreall, Jeanie Hall of Keizer and Diane Ackom of Stayton; two brothers, Hobert McQueary of Sweet Home and Charles Bennett of Rainier, Wash.; two sisters, Ruby McDowell of Chesterfield, Ind., and Vivian Morris of Greencastle, Ind.; 21 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband in May 1998; and by a daughter, Helen Satchell.
Memorial contributions may be made to First Christian Church, Sheridan, or to a charity of choice.
Arrangements are under the direction of Adamson's Sheridan Funeral Directors.
