Infant dies
George Thomas, the ten months old infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Fisher of near Cogar, died at the home of his parents Friday morning at 5:30 o'clock, October 9th, 1920 of chronic diarrhea, after an illness of about eleven weeks. The funeral services were held at Hazel Dell Sunday, conducted by Rev. E. Wilson and the little remains were laid to rest in the Hazel dell cemetery. Relatives from a distance who attended the funeral were: Mr. and Mrs. E.L. McCrea and son of Chickasha, and W.J. Wells and daughter of Watonga.
"O, not in cruelty, not in wrath, The Reaper came that day.
"T'was an Angel visited the green earth.
And took the flower away."
